The Sr. Manager, Electrical Engineering manages workflow and processes for the electrical design team and has prior project management and electrical design experience. This position is responsible for all aspects of electrical design activities and projects within the Electrical Engineering division. Assists in ensuring all electrical design projects, initiatives, and processes are in conformance with organization's established policies and objectives. Utilizes best practice engineering methods and provides expert technical guidance for engineering initiatives. Incorporates components, materials, and tools that result
in cost-effective and quality output. Deep knowledge of the managed content and solid knowledge of the overall divisional function. The Sr. Manager, Electrical Engineering position reports to the Director,
Electrical Engineering.

Responsibilities, include (but are not limited to):
? Complete line design and underground planning.
? Lead overall transmission line design for all projects.
? Interconnection design for Renewable development projects such as Solar, EV Charging, Battery
Storage.
? New conductor sizing and reconductoring design.
? Plan and carry out engineering services necessary to complete each project’s scope of work.
? Meet client deadlines with all project deliverables.
? Work directly with clients for all customer service needs and support.
? Manage project costs.
? Conduct internal project design and/or reviews for electrical design projects prior to submitting
customer deliverables.
Requirements:
? Min. 8 yrs. Electrical Engineering design experience
? Electrical transmission/distribution systems, utilities, communications, and renewable project
exp.
? Must have good technical writing skills.
? Valid drivers’ license.
Certifications and Licenses:
? Professional Engineering (P.E.) license required
