Job Description
he Systems Administrator is expected to contribute in the following significant ways:?

Manage and ensure the stability of Gateway’s server environment.
-
Assist with Gateway’s Azure Active directory and user maintenance process (creating, updating, terminating, etc.).
-
Offer support services to end users for their daily technical needs.
-
Assist in the monitoring and resolution of alerts and tickets.
-
Administer applications and maintain security and functionality.
-
Contribute to technical project initiatives as assigned.
What you’ll bring to the table:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field / equivalent experience.?
-
Robust and proven knowledge of computer systems, security, network administration, and databases and data storage systems.
-
Ability to think critically and make effective decisions.?
-
Current knowledge of IT infrastructure operations and best practices.?
-
4 years of experience working in IT operations.?
-
Experience with adherence to documentation policies.
-
Understanding of Remote Monitoring and Management systems.
-
Microsoft cloud environment administration including Entra ID, Exchange, Sharepoint, Intune, and Security Center.
-
Microsoft Azure Virtual Machine, Network, and Storage Administration.
-
Windows Server Administration.
-
VMWare ESXi/vCenter Administration.
