Job Title: Telecommunications Carrier Sales Representative

Job Description:

As a Carrier Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth by expanding our footprint and establishing strategic partnerships within the carrier segment. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of proven experience in carrier sales, a deep understanding of fiber optic networks, and a track record of successfully meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Business Development:
    • Identify and cultivate relationships with carrier partners, focusing on expanding presence in the carrier market.
    • Actively seek and capitalize on business development opportunities to drive revenue growth.

  2. Market Research and Analysis:
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands within the carrier segment.
    • Analyze market data to identify potential opportunities and develop targeted strategies.

  3. Sales Strategy and Execution:
    • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
    • Collaborate with the broader sales and marketing teams to create compelling value propositions.

  4. Relationship Management:
    • Foster strong relationships with existing carrier partners and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for carrier clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

  5. Collaboration and Teamwork:
    • Work closely with internal teams, including technical specialists, to ensure a seamless experience for carrier clients from pre-sales to post-implementation.

  6. Reporting and Analysis:
    • Provide regular sales performance reports and contribute insights for continuous improvement.
    • Utilize CRM tools to manage and track sales activities, pipelines, and forecasts.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
  • 1-5 years of proven experience in carrier sales within the telecommunications or fiber optics industry.
  • Strong understanding of fiber optic networks and related technologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
