Key Responsibilities:
Pay & Travel: Competitive hourly rate with OT eligibility. 50% travel required, primarily within the region. Company vehicle provided.

We are seeking an experienced Tower Foreman to lead AT&T projects, ensuring safe and efficient tower construction, maintenance, and upgrades. The Foreman will oversee crews, maintain compliance with safety standards, and ensure project timelines are met.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage tower crews on AT&T projects.

Ensure adherence to safety protocols and industry standards.

Perform tower construction, modifications, and troubleshooting.

Coordinate with project managers and clients to meet deadlines.

Conduct quality inspections and maintain accurate documentation.

3+ years of tower experience, with leadership in AT&T projects preferred.

Strong knowledge of AT&T scopes, safety standards, and RF awareness.

Ability to climb and work at heights safely.

Valid certifications (OSHA 10/30, First Aid, CPR, Climber Rescue).
