- Job Type: Full-Time, Non-Exempt
- Pay: Starting at $18+ per hour (Annual potential: $40K–$52K)
- Additional Compensation: 10% pay differential for night shifts
- Travel: Occasional out-of-town or overnight work required
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electronic traffic control systems.
- Work with electrical and mechanical components, including overhead structures, pedestrian features, and related systems.
- Interpret and follow detailed technical plans and instructions.
- Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Diagnose and resolve system issues efficiently.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record (Class A CDL preferred).
- Relevant industry certifications in traffic systems (or willingness to obtain).
- Minimum of two years of hands-on field experience in a related role.
