Position Details:
  • Job Type: Full-Time, Non-Exempt
  • Pay: Starting at $18+ per hour (Annual potential: $40K–$52K)
  • Additional Compensation: 10% pay differential for night shifts
  • Travel: Occasional out-of-town or overnight work required
Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electronic traffic control systems.
  • Work with electrical and mechanical components, including overhead structures, pedestrian features, and related systems.
  • Interpret and follow detailed technical plans and instructions.
  • Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Diagnose and resolve system issues efficiently.
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean record (Class A CDL preferred).
Preferred Experience & Certifications:
  • Relevant industry certifications in traffic systems (or willingness to obtain).
  • Minimum of two years of hands-on field experience in a related role.
