Key Responsibilities:
- Assist crews with loading, unloading, and preparing tools, supplies, and materials for underground telecom installations.
- Perform manual labor tasks, such as trench digging, conduit placement, handhole and vault installation, and backfilling.
- Support traffic control efforts and ensure worksite safety.
- Handle physically demanding tasks, including pulling fiber, compacting dirt, and clearing debris.
- Drive a company vehicle to and from job sites as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Foreman or Supervisor.
