Conway, AR – Central/Southwest Arkansas
$70,000–$80,000 + 10% bonus | Company Truck + Fuel Card
Broadstaff is hiring a hands-on Project Manager to lead underground fiber construction projects from design through completion. This role manages multiple self-perform crews handling boring, plowing, conduit, and fiber installation.

Broadstaff is hiring a hands-on Project Manager to lead underground fiber construction projects from design through completion. This role manages multiple self-perform crews handling boring, plowing, conduit, and fiber installation.
Responsibilities:

Plan, schedule, and oversee daily construction operations

Ensure projects meet safety, quality, and production goals

Supervise field crews and contractors; review drawings and as-builts

Manage budgets, materials, and permitting

Communicate with clients, municipalities, and utility partners
Requirements:

5+ years of underground utility or fiber construction management experience

Strong knowledge of fiber build methods (boring, trenching, splicing)

Proven ability to lead crews and manage budgets
-
Working knowledge of OSHA, NESC, and local standards
-
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
