Job Responsibilities (Including, but not limited to):
  • Oversee all shipping and receiving of job material.
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse and laydown yard.
  • Keep inventory of all materials
  • Work with D365 (financial software) and Sitetracker (job tracking software)
  • Work with project managers on ordering
  • Deliver or arrange deliveries to their desired locations.
  • Other responsibilities, as assigned.
  • Maintain consistent and sufficient stock levels to meet clients’ demands.
  • Anticipate and react to shortages and changes in inventory.
  • Analyze data and statistics to continually improve processes.
  • Use software to track inventory characteristics, types, and movement.
  • Audit processes and inventory to track performance.
  • Oversee and control inventory coming in and out of the warehouse through software.
  • Work with suppliers to purchase goods and build good working relationships.
  • Find ways to reduce costs and optimize control procedures.
  • Report findings, reports, and data to upper management


Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Strong math and analytical skills
  • Be able to accurately track inventory and create reports.
  • Have a working knowledge of warehouse management software systems.
  • Have knowledge of forecasting and data analysis
  • Microsoft Excel





General
  • Excellent organization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and thoroughness.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work effectively.


Technical
  • Inventory management experience
  • Warehouse management experience
  • Equipment operation
    • To include but not be limited to:
      • Forklift
      • Excavator
      • Skid Steer
