Job Responsibilities (Including, but not limited to):
- Oversee all shipping and receiving of job material.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse and laydown yard.
- Keep inventory of all materials
- Work with D365 (financial software) and Sitetracker (job tracking software)
- Work with project managers on ordering
- Deliver or arrange deliveries to their desired locations.
- Other responsibilities, as assigned.
- Maintain consistent and sufficient stock levels to meet clients’ demands.
- Anticipate and react to shortages and changes in inventory.
- Analyze data and statistics to continually improve processes.
- Use software to track inventory characteristics, types, and movement.
- Audit processes and inventory to track performance.
- Oversee and control inventory coming in and out of the warehouse through software.
- Work with suppliers to purchase goods and build good working relationships.
- Find ways to reduce costs and optimize control procedures.
- Report findings, reports, and data to upper management
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Strong math and analytical skills
- Be able to accurately track inventory and create reports.
- Have a working knowledge of warehouse management software systems.
- Have knowledge of forecasting and data analysis
- Microsoft Excel
General
- Excellent organization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work effectively.
Technical
- Inventory management experience
- Warehouse management experience
- Equipment operation

- Forklift
