Job Description

Wireless Construction Manager / Foreman
Location: Central West Florida (Sarasota to Naples, Ft. Myers, Port Charlotte, Orlando, Jacksonville)
Compensation: Up to $80,000 annually
Travel: Primarily local (Central West Florida). Occasional out-of-state travel required. Company vehicle provided (house to site use only), fuel card, hotel accommodations, and $35/day per diem.

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Wireless Construction Manager / Foreman to support new site builds across Central and West Florida. This role requires strong leadership, field coordination, and technical knowledge to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to client standards.
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and coordinate 3–5 crews on wireless construction projects
  • Manage daily closeouts and ensure site documentation is accurate
  • Conduct site walks and maintain strong communication with customers and project managers
  • Support new site builds including antennas, radios, wiring, and electrical work
  • Troubleshoot issues in the field and ensure work meets quality standards
  • Work closely with 7 project managers and field coordinators
  • Report progress to leadership team and ensure safe work practices
Qualifications
  • Prior experience building wireless sites (new site builds required)
  • Strong background in electrical and site work preferred
  • Ability to review and troubleshoot wireless equipment (PIM sweeps a plus)
  • Leadership experience managing crews (crew leads, top hands, electricians)
  • Must be local to Sarasota, Tampa to Naples, Ft. Myers, Port Charlotte, Orlando, or Jacksonville
  • Valid driver’s license with clean MVR (CDL not required)
  • Background check required
